Our department focuses on the development of 'Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Applications' and 'Digital Marketing and E-commerce Applications'. The former offers courses in the latest information technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and big data. The latter focuses on developing corporate intelligence, social media marketing, and mobile commerce, supplemented by the application analysis of big data, cultivating high-level talents in the new generation of information management applications. The courses adopt a hands-on teaching approach and require a basic level of visual, auditory, and oral communication skills.

2.Original copy of the senior high school annual transcripts(required):Official senior high school transcripts for the last three years (In Chinese or in English).
3.Autobiography: Compose a self-narrative of 500-1000 words (In Chinese or in English).
4.Recommendation letter(s) from teachers(required):Please upload at least 1 recommendation letter in Chinese or English written by your current or previous school teacher / company director.

【Master】
The Master of Information Management (MIM) program offers two primary areas of specialization: “Utilization of Internet of Things and Big Data”and “Application of Digital Marketing and e-Commerce “. Both concentrations offer advanced instruction at graduate-level, emphasizing a blend of foundational knowledge and continuous professional advancement within the domain of enterprise information system, e-commerce and Internet technology.
Leveraging the underpinnings of AI technology, the former concentration furnishes cutting-edge courses in information technology applications. These include intelligent networking, development of application software (APPs), cloud computing, analysis of Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence, among other pertinent subjects.
In parallel, the latter concentration delivers coursework in advanced business administration and enterprise information system applications. Topics span business intelligence (BI), community-based marketing, e-commerce enterprises, and more.
The common thread between these two concentrations lies in their pronounced emphasis on practical implementation. The pedagogy adopts a hands-on methodology, aimed at nurturing a new cohort of highly skilled information managers.
The distinctive features of this Department encompass the following aspects:
(1) Establishment of an Internet of Things (IoT) laboratory.
(2) Provision of certified programs targeting professional qualifications, such as ERP planning, BI application engineering, and Python programming, among others.
(3) Dispensation of diverse range of scholarships recognizing exceptional students.
(4) organization of various activities, including international exchange student initiatives domestic and overseas study tours, and business internships, among other experiential engagements.
Noteworthy: Individuals who possess a Bachelor’s degree unrelated to business administration and have enrolled after the academic year 2016 are required to retake either “Enterprise Resources Planning(ERP)” or “Management Information System (MIS).” Successful completion of the makeup course requires a minimum passing grade of 60. It is important to note, however, that the grade points attained in these courses will not contribute to the overall grade point average for the semester, and the credit units earned will not count towards graduation requirements.
